Important Information
Please note, guests are able to check-in from 4pm till 8pm on the day of their intended arrival.
However, if you are attending a wedding or any other event and you wish to collect keys for your room, keys can be collected after 2pm, via a prior arrangement with us. Guest bedrooms are not available until 4pm and guests can only drop off luggage.
Furthermore, may we bring to your attention that we do not have a seperate communal dressing or showering facility, designated for the use of guests to get changed before attending an event.
The latest check-out time is 11am. Please note that if guests do not adhere to the check-out time, they will incur an extra charge.
All of our guest bedrooms are on the first floor. Unfortunately, we do not have any ground-floor bedrooms available.
No Smoking Policy - At Hawthorn Lodge, we operate a non-smoking policy, including a no-vaping policy. This includes all guest bedrooms and communal areas.
Pets - Please note, pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs. If you wish to bring a guide dog, please inform us at the time of booking.
Parties - We do not accept stag or hen party bookings.
Cancellation Policy - Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to two days before their intended arrival. Guests cancel their reservation after the free cancellation deadline will be charged the full amount of the first night's reservation. Please refer to Booking.com for our latest cancellation policy details.
Taxis - As we are located in the middle of the countryside and there are a limited amount of taxi companies operating in this area, we would strongly advise that taxis are organised and reserved in advance. These are the two taxi companies that we use:

Cots and Highchairs - Unfortunately, we no longer have a travel cot available for our guests to use. However, there is a highchair available.
